This research focuses on the structure and plant diversity of ever-green broad- leaved .forests, in tenns of detennining species composition, the N-D distribution, pattern of distribution and some species richness indexes. The result from 12 plots shows that: the natural forest in the study area are dominated by 3-5 principle species, but not a significant plant association yet The M ( percent) index of these species accounts for less 50 percent. The N-D distribution is not clear, 213 study plot follow clustered distribution on ground. The species richness value (R) varies from 2.530 to 3.488, and the H index varies from 3.263 to 3.789. The average value of Simpson index (D) is from 0.934 to 0.965. In general, there is the clear difference on the species richness among the study stands and regions. Based on the Red Book (2007), there are 01 species of CR level, 06 species of EN and 05 species of VU categories found in the study areas.
