Purposes: analyse the MR imaging features of knee trauma. Materials and methods: restrospectively Study 180 cases having diagnosed of knee trauma on MRI from Jannuary to June/2012, in order to assesse the MR imaging features. Results: the average age is 35,68. Male prominent. MRI can detect osseous edeme with 16,7 percent in tibia and femur, 6,7 percent osseous fracture. the authors saw 68,8 percent anterior cruciate ligament and 28,9 percent posterior cruciate ligament injury. On the other hand, there were 36,1 percent medial meniscal and 20,6 percent lateral meniscal injury, 6,1 percent for both. 81,1 percent articular effusion was seen. Conclusions: MRI imaging features play an important role in diagnosing and accessing the qualities and extention of knee injury.
