Objectives: Evaluate the surgical outcome of theneurologic deficit thoraco-Iumbar spine injurypatientsin period from 6/2011 to 4/2012. Results: malelfemale rate: 2, mean age: 32.3 years old, in which the age group of 20-29 years olds major (37.5 percent).The most common level lesion wereT12 and L1. Common causes: working accident (61.1 percent). Complex and dislocated spine fracture with both complete and incomplete spinal cord injury: 75 percent. percent. Patients with lumbar canal stenosis 50 percent had the neurologic signs higher than the rest. Conclusions: Surgical outcome evaluated by Frankel, improve rate of incompleted spinal cord injury werehigh. Post-op x-ray: no mis-level screw, good deformility recontruction.
