Objectives: This study aims at: 1- dinical features of a series of OALPD cases which are hard to diagnose, 2- comment on anatomohistology of those cases. Methods: a series cases study, 32 patients suffering OALPD, with difficulty in anatomohistology diagnosis. Results: Average age: 56, male dominated, mostly suffer unilateral eye (68 percent). Causes of hospitalisation: mass palpations, eye lids edema, ptosis. Visual acuity good 90 percent, lOP normal except cases combined-with glaucoma. 6 patients (19 percent) need immunohistochemistry for sub-type group classification. The conflicts in anatomohistologic analysis are found mainly in EMZL group. These immuno markers CD20, CD79a, CD10, CD5, CD23, BcI-2, BcI-6, Cyclin D1, light chain... are useful in sub-type classification.
