The research aims at: (1) Identifying factors that older customers are interested in when choosing banks
and (2) Exploring differences in opinions about these factors between different groups of customers. Development of research model is based on theohes of banking services, older customers, consumer behavior and past studies of bank choosing. Cronbach's Alpha is used to estimate reliability and EFA is performed. Friedman test results show that older customers pay attention to the following factors in order of importance: (I) Staff quality
(2) Price
(3) Prestige
(4) Experience
(5) Facilities
(6) Preferential treatment
and (7) Consultation. Discriminant analysis helps clarify differences in degree of attention paid to bank choosing factors by customers grouped according to age, gender, employment, services emnloved and income.
