Objectives: Evaluate the results CDH splicer applications in colorectal cancer treatment. Subjects and Methods: Subjects included 48 patients with CDH splicer applied at Bach Mai Hospital surgical ward from 1/2012 to 6/2013. Research methodology: a retrospective cross-sectional description. Recognition of the clinical features, clinical approach and the results of the case was done surgically connected machine CDH rectum. Results: The percentage of male patients was 56.25 and female 43.75 percent. The average age was 58.69 + or - 13.46 (25-86). Clinical characteristics: bloody stools occupies 68.75 percent, abdominal pain 16.6 percent, dyspepsia, nasal mucous stool, diarrhea liquid at 18.75 percent at the apple. Characteristics of tumor location how anal canal on the edge of 10 cm is 52.09 percent, from 6 - 10cm is 43.75 percent, from 4.16 percent as 5cm. University inoperable disease: 87.5 percent is rough, rough ulcers was 10.4 percent, 2.08 percent may be infected. Result cells: differentiated adenocarcinomas was 25 percent, 64.5 percent moderate differentiated, poorly differentiated 10.5 percent. Complications: bleeding 4.16 percent, 4.16 percent soy open resection, anastomotic tear is 6.25 percent. Complications: 6.25 percent platform resection, anastomotic bleeding was 2.08 percent, bleeding anal canal is 2.08 percent, wound infection was 6.25 percent. Completion rate is 83.4 percent, average 8.3 percent, 8.3 percent is bad. Conclusion: The application of CDH splicer in rectal cancer treatment have practical value, high safety, incidence rate and low complications.
