The new aromatic TGMS lines was selected from separated population 135S/Hoa sua by pedigree method in F9 generation. Their hybrids have short growth duration, high yield, good quality. The new aromatic TGMS lines have high combining ability for number of grains per panicle and individual yield. The El5-14 line have high combining ability for all of individual yield factors. The El5-14 can be used for development two-line hybrid rice in Vietnam.
