This study was conducted to evaluate genetic of a core collection consisting 65 accessions was initially evaluated based on morphological and agronomical traits. The results of suggested that the gennplasm can be devised into 5 groups in the range of NTSYS v.2.1 from 0.018 to 0.27 is among of 65 lines, 10 lines was observed with high 1000-grain weight, 10 lines with very short growth duration and 10 lines with big panicle, which is valuable sources for rice breeding.
