The descriptive cross-sectional survey combined with quanlitative and quantitative research was conducted to provider of healthcare services and 114 inpatients in Khanh Hoa Hospital of Traditional Medicine and Rehabilitation in 2012 to access the satisfaction of healthcare qualification of inpatients by traditional medicine and factors associated with the satisfaction of healthcare qualification of inpatients by traditional medicine. Results showed that percentage of patients that was satisfied with time to access healthcare was 73.2 percent. Percentage of patients that was satisfied with attitude of healthcare staffs was 76.6 percent. Percentage of patients that was satisfied with factors associated with medical facilities/equipments was 69.1 percent. Percentage of patients that was satisfied with treatment results was 75.1 percent. And percentage of general satisfaction to healthcare services for inpatients was 75.4 percent. Patients with the age under 60 years old who were satisfied with traditional medicine healthcare service were 3.8 times higher than those with the age or/upper 60 years old (OR=3,9 P 0,01).
