Assessment of adherence to ARV and some results of ARV treatment in 256 patients in an outpatient clinic in Ninh Binh, Kim Son district Health Centre from June to December, 2012 was implemented. 100 percent is used firstline regimen, patient compliance rate within 7 days prior to the interview was 65.1 percent non-compliance rate was 34.9 percent. 4.8 percent of patients leave treatment within 6 months related reasons such as working away, and this is also the group of patients without family support adherence. Number of patients with CD4 results and no opportunistic infections increased after ART treatment and reached over 94 percent. 7.5 percent of patients said left at least one dose of ARVs. The quantity B median CD4 cell before and after 6 months of treatment increased to 105 cells/mm3, after 12 months increased to 176 cells/mm3, after 24 months up 277 cells/mm3, after 36 months increased to 311 cells/mm3 and after 48 months increased by 334 cells/mm3 compared with before treatment (p0.001). There were 18 patients leaving treatment (4.5 percent).
