Kolb's Experiential Learning Theory is the most widely known of modern educational theories. It was developed when there was a movement from traditional to person-oriented education. The purpose of this article is to show how Kolb's Experiential Learning Theory can be implemented in Technical Teacher Education, as well as difficulties that might arise from the implementation.
