 Objects: To evaluate the long-term coronary artery abnormalities were in the acute phase in patients with Kawasaki disease (KD), research is done with the aim: Assess the changes of coronary artery abnormalities in the patient with KD. Subjects: 32 patients diagnosed KD with coronary artery abnormalities from grade III lesions in the acute phase were monitored and treated at the National Institute for Children. Methods: Description. All patients were evaluated cardiac lesions during the acute phase by ECG, echocardiography. Assessments of cardiac lesions after Acute phase have donne by echocardiography, ECG, Holter ECG, and cr multi-slice 256 coronary artery. Distribution of lesions in each coronary by (Z -score), comparing the assessment of recovery coronary artery with CT multi-slice 256 coronary. Results: 32 patients with 88 coronary arteries affected, stage of the average follow-up time 61.34 + or - 35.36 months (follow-up 4 months-16 years). Proportion of patients recovered completely 20/32 (62.5 percent). Recovery rate of left coronary is higher than right coronary (89.65 percent vs 60 percent
  OR = 5.78
  P .05). Generally, the rate of recovery of coronary artery abnormalities regardless of degree, lesion location initially is 76.14 percent. Diameter of injured coronary artery affect the rate of recovery later. Recovery rate of injured coronary artery with + 2.55D or or = + 10 SD having recovery rate is only 51.28 percent. The rate of recovery in groups with + 5SD or or = + 10 SD (OR = 13.77, p 0.001).
