Objective: To assessment the initial results of radical cystectomy and ileal orthotopic neobladder in treatment of invasive bladder cancer in the woman. Materials and methods: the authors present the initial results of 11 female patients with invasive bladder cancer. For all patient radical cystectomy were realized (with standard lymphadenectomy) and then the authors make a new bladder from ileum according to Hautmann - Studer technique and the neobladder was anastomosed with urethral stump directly. Results: The mean time of operation: 250 + or - 40 mins, 7/11 patients were incontinent day and night at the time of leaving hospital, after 6 months 5 of eleven had night incontinent. One had vesica-intestinal fistula recovering after medical treatment. Patients can incontinent urrination and have no vesica-vaginal fistula. One patient with overcontinence recoved after 2 months with urination education and intermittent catheter. Conclusions: Radical cystectomy and iIIeal orthotopic neobladder for is good choice invesive bladder cancer in woman patient. The initial results present a best treatment with low ccmplication, good bladder function and quality of life.
