Total phenolics of Ischnodenna resinosum (Schrad.: Fr.) P. Karst Formitopsidaceae mushroom collected from the Pu Mat National Park (Con Cuong, Nghe An) was fractionated by four solvents with increasing polarity: petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, methanol and water. Phenolic contents of the extracts were determined by spectroscopic method using Folin - Cioca1teu's reagent, according to the ISO 14502-1:2005. The content of phenolic compounds in water extract was highest (4.064 - 4.793 mg GAE/g), followed by ethyl acetate extract (1.524 - 1.801 mg GAE/g) and methanol extract (0.643 - 1.057 mg GAE/g)
petroleum ether extract with lowest level (0.0852 - 0.1022 mg GAE/ g).
