Vietnam is one of twelve countries in the Asia - Pacific region which is currently in the negotiation stage of Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPP). TPP is also known as the "Agreement of the 21st century" or "High quality FTA", with the purpose of economic integration, labor division between member countries, reform and unite investment environment, trade and business facilitation. Therefore, the assessment of the opportunities and challenges is essential to avoid risks in international trade of Vietnam in the long term period as well as the adjustment strategy in order to take the advantages of the benefits offered by TPP provides for the sustainable economic development in future.
