Background: Research building peer communication model against TB/HIV/AIDS in the city of ThaiNguyen. Methods: the design describe and intervention KAP survey. Results: After the intervention results in knowledge, attitude and practice of HIV prevention TB/HIV/AIDS good level significantly increased were respectively 21,57 percent, 16.67 percent and 17.64 percent, velues p 0.05. The control wards had increased the corresponding results were 3.92 percent, 6.86 percent, 6.87 percent, velues p0.05. Conclusions: Effective peer communication model against TB/HIV/AIDS: the knowledge were 63.73 percent, attitude 40.41 percent and practice 27.69 percent. Recommendations: Health facility should use peer communication model in aganist TB/ HIV/AIDS.
