The patient underwent surgery mandibula removal and replacement with free fibula flap and faced with some changes as follows: shortened face, sunken cheeks. affected chewing functions and unclear syllable murmurings. the authors conducted implants for 5 patients with 21 implant units including 4 females and 1 male. The mean age was 26.2 years old. There are 2 patients replacing the entire. mandibular and 3 patients replacing 1/2 mandibular. 25 teeth were fixed restorations and 18 removable denture. After 5 years, the results are as follows: 21 heads are good. with stable chewing function. Patients after that all have aesthetic satisfaction. Pronunciation is improved.
