Aim: To study the results of Laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Matrials and methods: All the cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy from April 2008 to September 2010 in Department of Digestive Surgery, 103 Hospital. Find out the results of management, demographic characteristics, acidents and complications, conversion rates of laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Results: The total number of study cases was 205, including 41 males and 164 females. Age is beteen 20 and 80, mean 50. There were chronic cholecystitis 84.39 percent, acute cholecystic 5,85 percent, gall-bladder polyp: 5.85 percent, gall-bladder tumor 0.05 percent. The conversion rate was 3.4 percent. The complication rate was 5.38 percent. The average hospital stay was 4 days. The good results were 94.62 percent. Conclusions: Reasonable indication, finding out the complications early help to have a good results.
