Introduction and objective: Surgical treatment is indicated in severe cases of peyronie's disease. Most surgical techniques to correct the penile deformity often shorten the penis while corporal body can be deformed after the surgery due to unable incision of the plaque. The method of incision of the plaque with subsequent graft material implantation is the option. the authors describe the technique for the use of a saphenous vein graft after a curvature correcting plaque incision of 9 patients. Patients and methods: From January 2012 to March 2013, nine patients of peyronie's disease were provided with surgery by the technique of incision of the plaque with saphenous vein graft. The International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF) score and the level of improved curvature were used in the pre and post operation assessment. Results: After the surgery, 7 patients (77.8 percent) felt satisfied with the result. One patient had erectile dysfunction because of early recurrent fibrose of the tunica albugenia. One patient was discontent with penile curvature. Although one patient had penile shorter lcm (1.2cm), he did not find any difficulty during penetration. Conclusion: the authors recommend that saphenous vein is currently a good material available for tunical patching and is an effective option in the surgical management of Peyronie's disease.
