Obiectives: To survey some urodynamics index inchildren who have lower urinary tract dysfunction by examining cystometrogram. Method: cross-sectional study. Results: the authors examinated cystometrogram in 61 children, who have showed lower urinary tract dysfuntion. 50 percent of patients was neurogenic bladder or suspect neurogenic bladder (highest ratio). Mean bladder compliance was 10.68 ml/cmH20 (1-60): 61 percent children have reduced bladder compliance. Maximum detrusor pressure in storage phase was 24.21 cm H2O (8-72): 19.7 percent patients had Pdetmax storage phase or = 40 cm H2O. Maximum bladder volume on cystometrogram was 193.54ml (43-611). 61 percent of patients had small bladder volume following year old meanwhile 5 percent had high bladder volume. The ratio of detrusor hypercontractility was 33 percent, detrusor hypocontractility was 11 percent. Pdetmax voiding phase in male was 55.83 cm H2O, in female was 47.2 cm H2O. Residual urine volume was 81.43 (3-410 ml). Conclusion: Storage phase: (1) Mean bladder compliance 10.68 ml/cmH20, 61 percent children had reduced bladder compliance. Reducing bladder compliance was reason for increasing detrusor pressure in storage phase
(2) Pdetmax storage phase 24.21cm H2O. 19.7 percent children had Pdetmax storage phase or = 40 cm H2O. This is a reason making reflux bladder-ureter. (3) Maximum bladder volume 193.54ml.
