The study was conducted on two groups of abnormal semen samples: Oligospermia and asthenospermia, including 82 subjects in group of Oligospermia and 93 subjects of asthenospermia among the husbands of infertile couples aged 20 to 49. The test of concentrations of FSH, LH, Testosteron serum was done by an automated immunochemoluminescence assay system ACS:180 (Bayer, Germany) with descriptive study design. The results showed that: there was statistically significant difference of the average pH of semen, sperm concentration and percentage of normal sperm. Only 14.9 percent of subjects got normal values in concentration of all 3 hormone FSH, LH, testosteron serum. The concentration of FSH, LH, testosteron serum in Oligospermia group is higher than in asthenospermia group, the difference was statistically significant for FSH and LH concentration (p0.01). There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the concentration of testosteron serum in high level, normal level and low level.
