The water-delivery execution plays an important role in the construction in the rivers, streams. This directly impacts on time, cost and quality of the construction. The contraction in the rivers with elaborate design often executes two, three or more constructions in the same period. The option of the construction size is considered as an exercise of optimal budget, time and implementing possibility. In accordance with given de,sign discharge, the issue is finding the size of each construction in the system with the purpose of the minimum of total execution cost of water-delivery system. Based on linear programming theory, the solution arrives at optimal performance of water-delivery execution in the construction of irrigation and water power systems.
