The aim of this study is evaluation the relation between indexes, profiles of twenty four hours ambulatory blood pressure and body mass index (BMI), dyslipidemia, left ventricular mass index (LVMI) in 61 hypertensive patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Results showed: The mean of hypertensive indexes 24 hour, day-time, night-time have nosignificant relation with BMI, dyslipidemia, LVMI. Patients with overweight, obese, dyslipidemia, increased LVMI have higher proportion of nondipper. Systolic and diastolic blood pressure load in patients with dyslipidemia, increased LVMI higher than the in patients with similar indexes in normal level however nosignificant with BMI.
