Research objectives: The study was conducted on 146 Vietnamese students aged 15-17 at The Chu Van An High School in 2012-2013 Hanoi. The aims of this study was to describe relationships between some upper anterior teeth width and facial measurements on standardized photos. Research methodology: crosssectional descriptive, all of subjects was taken the dental impression, take the standardized photos, make the plaster dentition model and messure some dental measurement and facial measurement. Results: the total disto-mesial dimension of central incisors at the largest detour/inner canthal distance: 0,44 + or - 0,04, the total disto-mesial dimension of 4 upper anterior teeth width at the largest detour/inner canthal distance: 0,80 + or - 0,07, the total disto-mesial dimension of 6 upper anterior teeth width at the largest detour/ inner canthal distance: 1,21 + or - 0,11. Conclusions: the total disto-mesial dimension of 6 upper anterior teeth width at the largest detour, distance of teeth 13- teeth 23 have the lower correlation with inner canthal distance...
