Audio-tracheal injury is a significant aid in clinical ENT, can cause difficulty breathing condition, endanger patient lives. If not detected and treated promptly correct it can be fatal or leave sequelae affecting the lives of patients. Subjects of research: Case study of 31 radio-tracheal trauma treatment application bar tracheal injury by endoscopy at the Department of Otolaryngology. Results: 31 cases of tracheal injury bar, 6 female, 25 male. The main reason due to traffic accidents. Laryngeal lesions are most common. Conclusion: Need further research to assess possible early diagnosis and use in time to return the patient to normal life activities.
