100 patients with chronic hepatitis C treated internally or outpatiently in the Digestive Department of the People's Hospital No.115 from June 2009 to June 2011 were enrolled in this study. The results showed that: the common age was 40-59, average 48.95 + or - 12.89 years
the rate of men was more than women (69.0 percent vs 31.0 percent )
mainly genotype of HCV was 1 and 6
100 percent of patients with histological lesions were chronic hepatitis with fibrosis F1-F4
Most of viral load before treatment was medium range (10 exponent 4 - 10 exponent 8 Ul/ml). Almost patients having hematological, biochemical index were normally, except liver enzym increased lightly.
