The Teachers Training University is a place for teacher training, which means that the students are taught specialized and pedagogical information and they are to be able to apply these things when they go on to teach students. Thus, teachers' training programs need to establish professional competency in future teachers. However, the amount of time spent in actual practice is too little and there are differences between the various teacher training institutions. Implementation of knowledge gained as well as teaching practice evaluation are still formalistic and do not reflect the intrinsic competency of student teachers. The innovation of teacher training in general and teaching practice in particular are a problem due to the increased the length of time required for practical experience in order for student teacher to gain professional competency.
