The prospective study carried out on 32 severe burned patients in ICU of National Institute of Burns, Vietnam. These patients has had pneumonia complication and diagnosed by clinical and X-ray criteria, suffered from intubation or tracheostomy. Aspirating broncho-fluid by double-lumen catheter with top protection, samples were cultured and isolated. Samples also were taken from burn wound, site of around sjoberg, oropharynx liquid. All were tested antibiotic sensibility. Result showed that main pathogens caused hospital pneumoniae are gram negative bacteria, including: Aci. baumanii: 76,92 percent, P. aeruginosa: 26,92 percent, K. pneumoniae: 3,85 percent. These are multiple-antibiotic resistant bacteria. Gram positive staphylococi only had S. aureus (20,7 percent) high sensitive with vancomycin and linezolide. Mortality in nosocomial pneumoniae patients in burn is very high (77 percent).
