Using the cross-section description study which is analyzed based on the quantitative analysis of 26.112 people and 127 patients with epilepsy of 4 communes in the year of 2012, the research group indicates some epidemiological characteristics of patients with epilepsy in the community studied: the current incidence of common epilepsy now is 517/100.000, the rate of active epilepsy is 486,4/100.000
the rate of systemic epilepsy is higher than the others (74,8 percent and 25,2 percent)
the rate of systemic epilepsy in female (83,3 percent) is higher than in male (69,6 percent)
the rate of patients with epilepsy (64,6 percent) who are in bad condition is higher than the patients with epilepsy in good condition. The rate of patients with epilepsy at the age from 1 - 9 is the highest (212,9/100.000 people) which is compared with the other groups
the rate of patients with epilepsy at the age from 1 - 9 is the highest (78,7 percent) and it reduces with people who are older.
