There are many reaseaches on cutting forces in the world
however, researching on the influence of cutting force to machining accuracy is still necessary for optimizing cutting condition, increasing machining productivity. Basing on performing multifactor experiments, the relationship between cutting force and dimension accuracy was specified. To control the cutting force via cutting condition parameters (n, s, t), the formula for calculating cuffling force has been defined in the form of second order polynomial based on three input factors n, s, t. Levels of influence of three components of cutting force to variances of machining dimensions have been analysed.
