The ride comfort and stable movement of the F-SAE racing car is one of the important indicators to evaluate the quality of vehicle design. Thus, the aim of this study was to analyze the influences of design parameters suspension system on vehicle ride comfort movement based on the international standard ISO 2631-1(1997-E). In order to evaluate the influences, a 3D vibration model is established based on the technical parameters of the F-SAE racing car that produced by TNUT in 2013. Matlab7.04/Simulink software is used to simulate and calculate the impact factors. The results show that the influence of the stiffness and damping parameters in the suspension systems on the vehicle ride comfort and stable movement is very obvious. In addition, this study has been given a set of the optimal design parameters for suspension system.
