 A cross-sectional study was conducted in 40 Postal drivers and 40 controls working on Postal service. The results showed the statistically significant decrease of some EEG indicators of Postal drivers before work shift compared to after. Alpha wave dropped from 17.68 + or - 3.16 pV to 14.45 + or - 3.19 pV
  Alpha waves index decreased from 31.80 + or - 5.12 percent to 26.83 + or - 6.26 percent
  the extinguishing time of Alpha waves decreased from 0.052 + or - 0.013s to 0.072 + or - 0.015s
  the recovery time of Alpha waves increased from. 0.37 + or - 0.09s to 0.56 + or - 0.012s. The results revealed the stress status of Postal drivers in work shifts.
