Tóm tắt

Zoledronic acid of well-known use in treatment of osteoporosis and tumor-induced hypercalcemia was synthesized from imidazole. The process was optimized by software Modde 5.0 for simplicity and being economic, suitable for the conditions of Vietnam. Besides, an HPLC procedure for purity control of zoledronic acid was proposed.
