For production of an effective and safety oil emulsion vaccine agarinst the fowl cholera causing by Pasteurella multocida, this study aimed at evaluating quality of the master seed (P. multocida strain N41) selecting the suitable bacteria culture media and oil emulsion adjuvants. The studied results indicated that a suitable medium, dissolved oxygen (DO) for bacteria culture and culture duration of 7-8 hours were determined. Two adjuvants were Montanide ISA 70M VG and Montanide ISA 760 VG proposed to use, this proposal was based on the evaluation result for safety, efficacy and response of the chicken after inoculation. This studied results can be considered as a basis for research toward completion of the oil emulsio'n vaccine production process against fowl cholera disease.
