To explore the relationship. between plasma concentration of parathyroid hormone (PTH) with some clinical, subclinical factors in chronic kidney failure patients with heamodyalysis, the study was conducted on 80 patients, obtained the following results: - There is positive correlation plasma concentration PTH with time on heamodialysis The longer heamodialysis duration, the higer PTH concentration. - There is no correlation between the status of secondary hyperparathyroidism and the factors as age, sex, symptoms oranemia and hypertension in patients with heamodyalysis cycles. - PTH is positive correlation with the concentration of phosphorus (P) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) plasma concentrations. Based on the concentration of P, ALP can predict plasma PTH levels. The PTH plasma increases, the more severe bone lesions.
