Objective: Research on some prognostic factors to early death in subarachnoid haemorrhage at Ha Nam Hospital. Methods: an observative research on 51 subarachnoid haemorrhage patients from 01/2011 to 12/2012. Results: The early death risk of patient who have subarachnoid blood 1mm in thickeness is 12,3 fold (95 percent C1: 1,76-86,4), blood in 2 ventricles is 6,56 fold (95 percent CI: 2,51-17,21), age or = 55 is 4,87 fold (95 percent CI: 1,58-15). Combined factors: age or = 55, Glasgow coma scale :5 6 point, subarachnoid blood thickeness 1mm, blood in cerebral, blood in at least 2 ventricles and ventricular dilation: When there are 3 factors, the death rate is 66,7 percent, the early death risk is 2,8 fold (95 percent C1: 1,38-5,7)
4 combined factors, the death rate is 75 percent, the early death risk is 2,7 fold (95 percent CI: 1,31-5,64)
5 combined factors, the death rate is 80 percent, the early death risk is 3,0 fold (95 percent CI: 1,59-5,90) and 6 combined factors, the death rate is 100 percent, the early death risk is 3,3 fold (95 percent CI: 2,195,1). Conculsion: The early death risk prognostication in subarachnoid haemorrhage patients depend on some factors : age or = 55, Glasgow coma scale :5 6 point, subarachnoid blood thickeness 1mm, blood in cerebral, blood in at least 2 ventricles and ventricular dilation. The more combined factors are there, the higher death rate is.
