FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) technology has developed since the 1990s, nowaday, has been top developing tendency in the technology and materials. The process of removing support material has been studied for a long time, from the use mechanical force the application of more advanced techniques such as: chemical and ultrasonic waves. From 1998, the ultrasonic energy has been studied and is the largest company in the world to commercialize. In Vietnam, there is no scientific research to serve in this field. In experiment studies on the application of ultrasound for removing material, the author presents general principles and give experimental parameters affecting the separation process of support materials of FDM use ultrasound energy.
