The research was conducted at 780 pupils 7-11 aged. The purpose of this study was to evaluate premature loss of deciduous teeth rate. Method research: cross-sectional descriptive research. Results: The premature loss of deciduous teeth rate is 7,82 percent, male (45,9 percent), female (54,1 percent), mandibule: 50,8 percent, maxillary: 29,5 percent... Conclusion: 8 years old accounted for the highest percentage, 11 years old accounted for the lowest percentage, premature loss of deciduous teeth In the lower jaw is more popular than upper jaw, the second deciduous teeth usually are lost.
