Tóm tắt

Vietnamese agriculture is generally categorized as being of three types: individual household, households in cooperatives and family farming. All are present in rural Vietnam and the type of farm economy tends to be increasingly impqrtant in terms of income. While it was said that in the 1990s there were only a few dozen farms in the country. the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development now reports that there are 145,880 farms of different types. The farming economy and rural development is changing rapidly in Vietnam, especially in Hai Duong province. This article focuses on agricultural development in Hai Duong province.
