Xylanase (endo-beta-1,4-xylanase, EC 3.2.1.8) degrades xylan at beta-1,4-D-xylopyranose bond and was used in food technology, feed stock processing, biofuel etc. In order to produce xylanase with high productivity for food technology, one of strategies is studying structures of xylanase genes from safety microorganisms. Xylanase gene from Aspergillus niger BH7, isolated from Vietnamese traditional fermented food, was isolated by PCR and then ligated into pRSET A vector. The recombinant vector pRSET A-xylanase was transformed into Escherichia coli TOP10. Xylanase gene from A. niger BH7 contains 745 nucleotide with 98 percent homology of xylanase gene from A. niger EU423881.1.
