Study on 137 HIV patients with normal index of liver enzym (38 HCV/HIV co-infection, 99 non co-infection), treated by d4T/3TC/NVP in Department of Infectious Diseases, Hospital 103. The result showed that: the rate of patients with high index of liver enzym increased after 4 weeks of treatment. This rate in the group of HCV/HIV co-infection was higher than one in the group of non co-infection (28,9 percent vs 11,1 percent with ALT
28,9 percent vs 12,1 percent with AST). There was no significantly difference between 2 groups on the high index of Bilirubin at the points of treatment.
