The result of interview and study indicated that: All users share the same opinion that using protective equipment while spraying insecticides and follow the instructions and safety warning information is totally necessary. The proportions of households and health facilities that read and follow the instruction manual from manufacturers is very high with 91.2 percent and 100 percent respectively. Face masks are the most commonly used protective equipment. There are 4.8 percent of users who re-use the insecticide containers while at the health facilities, 98 percent of used containers are handled according to safety regulations at the facility, almost none is reused. 56.9 percent of health workers are trained on the safety guidance in using insecticide while 94.3 percent of health workers in the preventive medicine systems need to be trained. At household level, there are 55.8 of households who read and listen for the safety guidance on using insecticides while there are 94 percent of them want to receive this information. There are 29.2 percent of users facing health problems but half of them did not use any treatment.
