Cross-sectional study investigating all 40 collective kitchens of kindergartens and primary schools in Le Chan dismct, Hai Phong aty in 2013. Results show that mong 40 investigated kitchens, 20 are under the disbict and 20 \ are under the ward management. Ninety percent of kitchens achieved administration processes, 95 percent reached the infrastructure standards, 90 percent had their certificates on sources of food purchases. Nearly 100 percent kitchens reached standards on food processing and kitchen material. Kitchens have had 32,5 percent on the food processing tools and 27,5 percent on hands of food processors of positive bacteriology.
