Target of the study is optimization of some parameters for Biopo1yter - Azotobacter production to using in biofertilizer production. These selected factors are sucrose content, temperature, pH, moisture and inoculum's size. These factors have been subsequently optimized using the Response Surface Methodology(RSM) - Central Composite Designs (CCD). Calculations show that optimal levels are as follows: sucrose content (2.9 percent), temperature (31.5°C), pH (6.44), moisture content (61.04 percent), inoculum's size (1.05 percent) and the value of maximum biomass is 4.12 x 10 exponent 9 CFU / g. The optimum values just found by calcu1ations have been checked by the experiments and find that calculations are in good agreement with the experiments.
