Tóm tắt

Case method has been applied for law teaching for a long time in a huge number of law schools in the world. The purpose of this method is to enhance student's capacity for reading and analyzing cases. Additionally, students also give their comments on the court's decision through given cases. This paper will introduce case method (in comparison with case study method) and also examines the case method that is applied in law teaching in several countries, both civil law system and common law system.
