The study was conducted on analysis of secondary data from the Household Living Standards Survey 2002-2012. Research methods Included: -Economic and statistic analysis of associations and comparisons, -Trend analysis by simple regression for forecasting. Observations were made as follows: -The use rate of medical services in group 1 (poorest) was higher than in group 5 (richest) while spending for medical services in group 5 (richest) was higher than in group 1 (poorest) about 6 times higher
-The regression equation of hospital/clinical in patient group 1 (poorest) was y=3.62+0.4x with p=0.014 and MSE=0.449
-The regression equation of hospital, clinical in patient group 5 was y=3.15+0.19x with p=0.03 and MSE=0.129
-The regression equation of health spending in group 5 (richset) was y=483,82+589,72x with p=0,28 (p=0,28)
-The regression equation of spending for medical services in group 1 (poorest) was y=52.85+88.43x with p=0,39 (p=0.39).
