In this time of globalization, it is inevitable that schools will cooperate with foreign education organizations. This development and the diversity in model, types and nature are discussed by many scholars and researchers. Besides the advantages and benefits these schools bring to society and students, there is also disagreement as to what is 'international quality', concern as to truth-in-advertising and the commitment to educational quality, especially in elementary education. In this article, it is made clear that the government is not fully engaged, is not keeping up-to-date and is not being mindful of the country's benefit and culture.
