About the Chinese etiquette in business, the article analyzes the factors of loyalty in business, hierarchy in business, thrifty in business, community spirit in business
sociability in dealing with other peoples and close relationships with overseas Chinese. The qualities and traditional culture values of Chinese people is the basis of the existence and development of the Chinese community in Vietnam as well as the concrete and vivid evidence on the unity in diversity of Vietnamese culture. Chinese business culture in Vietnam will contribute positively to the development of the country if it is stably preserved and developed.
