This study investigates the the research results for simultaneous determination of vitamin C, citrate and oxalate in urine by kinetic photometric method using Ce (IV) as oxidants. Experiments measuring the absorbance of the solution was carried out after 20 seconds from when adding Ce (IV) at a wavelength of 320nm, compared with the H2SO4 0,7M in the measuring period 20-120 seconds. The absorbance data were processedusing MATLAB software based on multivariate regression equations were established. The experimental results showed that the detection limit vitamin C, citrate and oxalate respectively 7,75.10-7M, 7,38.10-7M and 7,17.10-6M
which restrict the amount of vitamin C, citrate and oxalate respectively is 2,5.10-6M, 2,46.10-6M va 2,39.10-5M.
