The moral issue is attracting attention from medical sector. It is necessary to study on evaluating nurses' morality in relationship with customers at National Hospital of Pediatrics, from which negative behavior will be prevented to improve health service at the hospital. The research was carried out on 214 nurses with cross-sectional method, from June to July, 2012. The result showed that: - There was 2.3 percent of nurse having discrimination with patients
2.8 percent of them did not treat fairly with all the patients. - There was 3.3 percent of nurse abusing their job to get profits
4.7 percent of them did not respect customers' discretion in selecting health care service. - The rate of the staff who did not respect patients accounted for 5.6 percent
The rate of nurse who did not unveil information without permission accounted for 1.9 percent, those who did not encourage when patients got hurt was 0.5 percent, attitude of over-exceeding authority was 2.8 percent.
